This application has been designed to facilitate access to your medical history and the management of medical information by providing access to the patient portal from your mobile device.

What is the Patient Portal?

The Patient Portal is a personal space from which you can access your medical history, diagnostic tests, clinical reports, manage your medical appointments, and receive follow-ups without waiting or traveling.

This app is intended for patients of the General Hospital of Villalba.

The aim of this application is to bring patients and doctors closer together in order to provide a higher quality service.

The main features include:

• Check scheduled appointments, being able to modify the date and time or even cancel if necessary
• Notifications and reminders of scheduled appointments
• Check and complete any pending tasks that your doctor has scheduled for you, such as requesting appointments online or filling out forms that will later be reviewed by your doctor
• Check the results of your tests without needing to go to your medical center to retrieve them. You can download and view the reports directly from your mobile device
• View diagnostic images
• Consult your clinical reports and historical forms, being able to filter results by date, specialty, among others
• Direct communication with your doctor
• Health calculators and tools
